Why self help books don’t always help.

I’m a self confessed junkie when it comes to self help books. I’ve been reading them for well over 30 years.

It started quite innocuously, a small book on Buddhist philosophy that became another book on Buddhism, that became some books about wherever you go, there you are, and then it all became about being a better version of myself.
