Can neural retraining help you get stuff done?
I’m fed up of with self sabotaging. I’m fed up with procrastination and avoidance. I’m fed up with feeling crappy that I didn’t get stuff done. Especially the Icelandic.
I’m trying to learn Icelandic.
It doesn’t matter that Yoda said, “ do or do not, there is no try,” I still can’t seem to get my backside into the chair and pull out the books and study.
I get frustrated, I get angry and I avoid doing it. at. all. costs.
